JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Junior Designer, you will play a critical role in supporting the Principal/Sr. Designer with project management, operating our company’s software, StudioDesigner, sourcing, and client presentations. You will assist in all aspects of a high end residential ground up construction project and will communicate with designers, vendors, and clients while ensuring projects stay on track.

Responsibilities:

Design Support & Project Coordination:

Assist in developing interior design schemes and mood boards

Source materials, furnishings, plumbing fixtures

Coordinate documents (floor plans and elevations)

Project & Administrative Assistance:

Organize project documents, i.e. proposals, and budgets.

Request material samples and pick up and drop off materials

Assist with order tracking, vendor communication, and delivery scheduling.

Enter items into StudioDesigner software

Coordinate and schedule client meetings, site visits, and installations. Attend site meetings

Assist with project management and deadlines

Client & Team Collaboration:

Take detailed meeting notes

Assist with project installations.

Provide excellent client service with professionalism and responsiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have 3-5 years interior design experience and a love of interior design.

Must have a vehicle- this is a remote hybrid position

Our office works on large, diverse, ground up construction projects in the Los Angeles area, but also in other areas of California and across the US. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow!

Should have a degree in Interior Design in addition to 3-5 years of experience.
