Interior Designer | TownLift Works

Vera Iconica is a global leader challenging the status quo in architecture and design. We are seeking an industry-leading Interior Designer with 5+ years of experience in luxury single-family residential and/or hospitality interiors. Our diverse team exhibits passion for creating beauty, building relationships, striving for mastery, crafting with authenticity, and having fun! This hybrid position requires some days working in our Park City office with remote days allowable in the Salt Lake City Metro.

Your Day at VIA

• Assist growth+leadership of Park City operations as well as the Interior Design department.
• Generate and present project vision, design concepts, and presentations.
• Create material palettes, elevations, floor plans, schedules, sketches, and renderings.
• Attend local events, lunches, or gatherings with partners and clients in order to form new relationships for business development.
• Manage/oversee specifications, shop drawings, custom built-ins, installation, and interior styling.
• Coordinate/manage FF&E procurement.
• Provide creative direction and set Interior Design standards collaborating with the Director of Interiors.
• Hardware/Software: Mac Laptop, iPad, Apple Office Suite, Studio Designer, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Your Skills + Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury single-family residential and/or hospitality interior design, architectural interiors, and/or FF&E procurement
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related program
• Sophisticated design aesthetic, excellent presentation skills, strong initiative, and high energy
• Expertise in InDesign and Photoshop required with drafting/drawing skills preferred
• Inspired, highly motivated, self-starter with leadership skills to mentor junior staff
• Strong communication skills required; must enjoy being active in the community and forming new relationships with partners and clients
• Transportation required for local meetings and projects; willing to travel 1-2 times per month non-local
